Service Completion Steps


The First Stage:

(Approval for initiation and obtaining administrative approval)

 

  1. Submitting an application to open a new center, and stating the reasons for investment, the name of the area to be invested in, and the target age groups, knowing that the ages of students are from four years and above, in addition to selecting the activity that will be practiced, and sending a detailed report in this regard.

    Required documents from the license applicant:

    Filling the identification document+ submitting a passport copy of the license applicant and their partners (if any)+a copy of the ID to obtain administrative approval. It should be in one file (in PDF format) each partner shall have their own file.

  2. If the license applicant is a company or a legal person, the following documents must be submitted:

    -A copy of the commercial license issued by the competent authorities in the country.

    -A copy of the company's memorandum of association or a resolution that includes a statement that the company's goal is to exercise educational and training activities.

 

If administrative approval is granted, the license applicant shall proceed to the following step:

 

The Second Stage:

(Issuance of the Initial approval)

 

3- Issuing the initial approval of the Economic Department to complete the procedures for booking the trade name for the training center.

4- Opening an account in the TAMAM platform for the new investor and sending the link to him by email to activate the account to enter the platform and pay the fee of opening a file which is 700 dirhams and upload the required documents.

 

The Third Stage:

 

5-The license applicant submits the following documents:

- A proposed detailed plan for the headquarters of the center, indicating the dimensions and distribution of the halls

- An operational plan, (a feasibility study, including financial and administrative estimates for the project).

- A valid lease contract of the building that is certified by the concerned authorities or the title deed in addition to a partnership contract in case of a partnership

- A certificate of building validity issued by the Municipality Department stating the validity of the center’s headquarters

- Certificate of compliance for the preventive safety requirements issued by the Civil Defense Department.

- A copy of the professional license issued by the Economic Department.

 

6-Applying for the appointment of the nominated manager for approval. Contacting the Professional Licensing Section.

 

The Fourth Stage:

(Paying the fees resulting from the issuance of an educational license after completing all the conditions and requirements to start operating the educational institution)

7-In the event that all the requirements of the first and second stages are met, the license applicant pays the fees for issuing an educational license for a private training center and the amount is 5000 dirhams.

8-Issuance of the educational license electronically which is valid for one year to practice educational activity and is renewed every year from the date of issuance.
