The First Stage:
(Approval for initiation by SPEA’s Director and obtaining administrative approval)
Submitting an application to open a new private nursery, stating the reasons for the investment and the targeted age groups. In addition to mentioning the name of the area to be invested in for the approval of the SPEA’s Director.
Required documents from the license applicant:
Fill out the identification document + submit a passport copy of the license applicant + a copy of the identity card to obtain administrative approval.
If the license applicant is a company or a legal person, the following documents must be submitted:
-A copy of the commercial license issued by the competent authorities of the country.
- A copy of the company's memorandum of association or a resolution that includes a statement that the company's goal is to exercise educational and training activities.
If administrative approval is granted, the license applicant shall proceed to the following step:
The Second Stage:
(Issuing the initial approval and approving the engineering plan)
3- Issuing a no objection letter to the Economic Department by reserving the trade name.
The license applicant shall send the following documents:
1- A valid map of the site
2- The title deed (in case of ownership of the land)
3- The approved plan by the municipality
4- Submitting the proposed engineering plan which shows the distributions of classes and nursery facilities.
5- If the nursery building is an existing villa, send a letter stating the approval of the planning and space to open the nursery.
6- Physical planning statement (if the building is new).
The Third Stage:
5-The license applicant submits the following documents:
- A proposed detailed plan for the headquarters of the center, indicating the dimensions and distribution of the halls
- An operational plan, (a feasibility study, including financial and administrative estimates for the project).
- A valid lease contract of the building that is certified by the concerned authorities or the title deed in addition to a partnership contract in case of a partnership
- A certificate of building validity issued by the Municipality Department stating the validity of the center’s headquarters
- Certificate of compliance for the preventive safety requirements issued by the Civil Defense Department.
- A copy of the professional license issued by the Economic Department.
6-Applying for the appointment of the nominated manager for approval. Contacting the Professional Licensing Section.
The Fourth Stage:
(Paying the fees resulting from the issuance of an educational license after completing all the conditions and requirements to start operating the educational institution)
7-In the event that all the requirements of the first and second stages are met, the license applicant pays the fees for issuing an educational license for a private training center and the amount is 5000 dirhams.
8-Issuance of the educational license electronically which is valid for one year to practice educational activity and is renewed every year from the date of issuance.
